You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), optional telephone number, valid email address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for incorrect delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. 

As all orders are custom printed it is not possible to cancel or change your order once it has been placed. In case you notice an error in your delivery information provided, please get in contact with me as soon as possible.

Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. 

Any information you submit in connection with an order is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Insured shipping is possible almost worldwide.

Currently we offer Free Shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada for orders over 111 US$ / 150 CA$.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, the three Canadian Territories and International require an added shipping charge, which is calculated at checkout.

If you would like a quote for International Shipping prior to purchase, please contact me using the contact option on my website.

Please note that International Shipping outside of Canada, USA and Europe may be subject to import taxes and duties. Customs duty is charged by the buyer's country and the buyer is responsible for these charges.

All orders are usually shipped within 7 workdays. The printing time of large prints, stretched canvas and metal prints varies between 48 hours and 10 business days depending on the material and size of the artwork and the print provider.

Shipping times vary from area to another and is dependent on the mail carrier service of the buyer's country. Prints usually arrive within 2-3 weeks after ordering.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

As all prints are custom printed I generally do not accept return of artwork, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact me before purchasing with any questions you might have via the contact section on the website. For larger pieces there is the possibility of a small test print in advance. Fees may apply depending on material and location. 

However, I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your art purchase. If you are not, please contact me, so that we can evaluate the issue and see what can be done.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. In case you want to exercise this right contact me replying to your order confirmation.
